The unpressed grapes go through the intracellular fermentation. After spending time in Amphora, the wine is aged in used barrels.

The Numen Fumé blanc from Johannes Zillinger is an unfiltered, bit cloudy sauvignon blanc. It is a creamy white wine with a great character, richness and complexity. Peach and caramel notes in addition to the usual charming elderflower bouquet.
