The Consuelo from Alfredo Maestro is a macerated Albillo. The vines were planted between 1891 and 1910 and only 600 bottles were made this year. In the nose is mild, not too powerful, a slight apricot aroma but in the mouth is aromatic with notes of pear and sage.
