La Badi from Alfredo Maestro is a fun wine: from the looks it seems like an orange wine, the taste is probably a rosé and the producer described it as a white wine! The Grenache Gris is a pink-skinned grape and macerating only 3 days on its skins created this beautiful wine. It is slightly bubbly at the beginning but it disappears shortly. Fresh, mineral with a fruity aftertaste!
