Georg Schmelzer's white Pet Nat, the Dion, is a cuvée of Welschriesling (80%) and Sämling. Bottle fermented and no sulphites added, it has a fresh and elegant style, a hint of smokiness and herbal notes. Green apple, mint and grapefruit. The Pannonian microclimate of Burgenland and the sandy soil contributes to its fine, pleasant acidity.

Graupert from Meinklang is an orange wine made from Grauburgunder (Austrian for Pinot Gris). the name 'Graupert' is an old Austrian expression which refers to a ''scruffy person''. The vines look a bit like that growing wild without pruning and intervention of any kind. The result in the 2021 is an aromatic and complex wine, that goes from fruity to smoky notes, aromas of peach, strawberry and caramel.

Chibu from Casa de Mouraz is made from about 20 different grape varieties ( 80% red and 20% white) coming from a 50 years old vineyard. The wine is made without any addition of sulfites, the producers added dried chestnut blossoms to the crushed grapes instead. The bright red is elegant and complex with notes of cherry, light caramel and grapefruit, a hint of herbs and a beautiful strawberry finish.

Dogma from the Pittnauer family is a super pleasant rosé, it's fruity and aromatic. It has a charming scent of strawberry and cream in the nose followed by a hint of smokiness. Super balanced on the palate with delicious aromas of raspberry and watermelon and a mineral finish.

The Bubbles Pet Nat from Michael Gindl is a natural sparkling red wine. A light, fruity, summer  delight! It has a sweet aromatic nose however on the palate is dry, citrusy and stony. It has lovely notes of lime, red currant, yogurt and cherry. Perfect wine to bring to bbq parties!

Craziness:

The Sado Merlot from Jouves and Kaczmarek is a blend of Merlot (85%) and Malbec. The result is a bright, juicy red wine. A slight fizz at the beginning follows a taste of strawberry and a cooked cherry aftertaste.  White pepper and a nice stony finish. Compairing to the other red of the producers this is definitely the fruitier one and the naughtier too.
