Christoph Hoch – Rosé Rurale NV

15,90

The Rose Rurale is a light sparkling rosé from Christoph Hoch. Made with the Champagne method but, instead of adding yeast and sugar to start the second fermentation in the bottle, grape must is added.  The natural bubbly wine is filled with nice aromas of cherry and strawberry as well as floral notes of elderflower and a hint of citrus.
