Christoph Hoch – Rosé Rurale NV

17,50

The Rose Rurale is a light sparkling rosé from Christoph Hoch. Made with the Champagne method but, instead of adding yeast and sugar to start the second fermentation in the bottle, grape must is added.  The natural bubbly wine is filled with mild aromas of jasmine and strawberry. It has a great summery style with lovely salty notes and a touch of creaminess.

Style: rosé sparkling
