The Metamorphika Xarel.lo Vermell from Costador is a natural bubbly rosé. This pet nat is made from the white and red versions of the xarel.lo grape variety. As it stems from ancient vines growing on high altitude, you’ll notice a general minerality next to its balanced fruitiness. Elegant fine perlage, a light barnyard nose, plus strawberry, cherry and rosmarin flavors. What else do we need from a Pet Nat?
