Fabien Jouves & Christophe Kaczmarek – Atomic Caaaaaaat NV

14,00 28,00

Jouves and Kaczmarek made this delicious cuvée of Malbec (80%) and Tannat with the traditional Saignée Method also called ‘bleeding method’. While the red grape must is fermenting a part of the juice gets extracted from the tank which is lighter in color. The rest of the must continues fermenting into a more concentrated red wine. Normally from this process comes out a very clear light rosé, the Atomic Caat is nothing like it, it’s dark, aromatic, full bodied. Strawberry and raspberry notes make this rosé a really fun wine to drink.
