Johannes Trapl – Uni6 2019

13,00

Johannes Trapl‘s Uni6 – pronounced unisex in German- is a rosé cuvée of Blaufränkisch (80%) and Sankt Laurent. It has a slight fizz and a wild scent at first, let the wine open up if you don’t like these features. The dark colored rosé is fresh and mineral with beautiful red currant, pomegranate and blood orange aromas.

We noticed that the cork of some bottles is slightly protruding, this doesn’t mean that the wine is ‘cooked’ or spoiled. We tasted them personally and they are in perfect conditions! Natural wine is a living product and if it decides to ferment a little bit while resting in the bottle is its decision, right? 🙂
