Johannes Zillinger – Perpetuum 2017

49,00

Johannes Zillinger is very fond of his creation: the Perpetuum. It combines the best carateristics of his lines: the complexity of the Numen series, the elegance of the Velue and the minerality of the Reflexion. The special pre phylloxera vines are 45 year old and grow in the coldest part of the vineyard, resulting in tiny berries with small amount of sugar but great acidity. Mild in the nose this Sauvignon Blanc shines through its stony minerality and complexity, with notes of mint and lime. A long finish that carries a bit of a fresh baked bread aftertaste.
