Joiseph – Rosatant 2019

16,50

The Rosatant from Joiseph is a delicious, cloudy rosé made from Blaufränkisch grapes. The dry weather this year challenged the 30/40 year old vines and the wine decided to take long time to finish the fermentation, it ended in March(!!). The result however is amazing, aromatic and floralhibiscus and rose petals. Pomegranate and a bit yeasty in the mouth. It’s a ‘must have’ for all natural wine lovers.
