Gently pressed - Macerated for 1 week -Stainless steel tanks

Milan Nestarec has recently drifted away from producing ‘hard core’ orange wines however the OKR is his exception to the story. The litre bottle is full of fun and fruitiness with floral notes and delicious aromas of lemon tart, peach and pineapple. Gently stomped down, the grapes ferment for about a week on the skins enough to gain that beautiful color and a tiny touch of tannins. It goes down easy and fast, that’s why the litre bottle is very appreciate it!!

The vintage 2021 has a tiny bit less acidity.
