The Pipparello from Paolo Bea is a Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Montepulciano cuvée from Umbria, Italy. It spent 44 months in old Slovenian barrels which gives this rich and powerful natural red wine a delicate, earthy flavour with big tannins. Tobacco, black truffles and a hint of chocolate on the palate.
