The Schrödingers Cat Vol.5 from Quantum Winery is a funny wine with a lot of question marks. Is it white? Orange? Is it a Pet Nat? Well, it is slightly bubbly and it is in between an orange and a white wine. I guess better try it and judge it for yourself. We find it fruity, citrusy and yeasty with lovely flavours like rhubarb and peach in the nose, pear and grapefruit on the palate.
