The Schrammel 2.0 Color Weiss is a fresh, dry, crisp Pet Nat. Notes of peach, mandarine, yellow grapefruit and hints of nutiness and caramel in the nose. It has a bit of a creamy aftertaste. This bubbly Grüner Veltliner gets better every day.

Craziness:

Flora 2020 from Michael Gindl is fruity and aromatic. It is less floral than the previous vintage, milder in acidity and with an outstanding peachy aftertaste! You get some lovely smokiness in there too!

The Himmel auf Erden Rosé from Christian Tschida is a beautiful, mineral wine. Pomegranate, lime and cherry in the palate. The wine is elegant and complex and it has a nice mild touch of smokiness.

Konkret from Meinklang is a field blend of Gewürztraminer, Gelber Traminer and Roter Traminer. The grapes are macerated 28 days on skins then fermented and matured in concrete-eggs. The outcome is truly beautiful, an aromatic and fruity orange wine with an outstanding floral nose. Exotic flowers and fruits, roses, mango, peach and orange blossoms. Long lasting on the palate.

Johannes Trapl's Sankt Laurent is an elegant red wine. It presents a wild nose upon opening which is followed by some nice cassis and cherry aromas. There is some minty and peppery notes as well, plus it's fresh and mineral, salty even.

The Perspektive rot 2017 from Koppitsch stems from the best vineyards Burgenland, Austria has to offer. The cuvée of 70% Blaufränkisch and 30% St Laurent was matured in barrels for 22 months resulting in a light red with refreshing minerality and fruity notes, cherry and cassis on the palate.
