The Laissez Faire White 2021 by Christian Tschida has great complexity and a lovely salty minerality. Aromas of lime, grapefruit, mirabelle plum and apricot and great acidity.

The Himmel auf Erden White 2021  by Christian Tschida is a delicious fresh and mineral white wine. A combination of lemon, tamarind, green apple and a beautiful acidity.

Craziness from 1 to 4:

The Himmel auf Erden Rosé by Christian Tschida is a beautiful, mineral wine. Pomegranate, lime, cherry and pink peppercorn in the palate. The wine is salty and complex and it has a nice bright acidity.

Craziness:

The Himmel auf Erden II Orange from Tschida is a lovely wine. This vintage has more of a white wine character than an orange wine, less tannins and fresher in style. It's also complex and herbal with tasty notes of peach, clementine, grapefruit and herbs. We love this version too!

Craziness:

Non Tradition red 2018 is like many other Tschida's reds a vibrant and elegant wine. It has tasty aromas of raspberry and cherry plus some violets and a hint of yogurt. Great complexity too.

Tipp: we recommend to drink the wine in one day as the next day it gains that nuttiness feature that some of us don't like.

Craziness:

Birdscape 2020 from Christian Tschida is a bright red wine. The light color comes from a short contact with the red grapes' skins, the producer likes to call this method 'Pink Maceration'. Nice flavours of cherry, pomegranate and a hint of raspberry, low in tannins and lovely minerality. It doesn't only have a vibrant character but also a complex and elegant style.
