The Carboniferous from Vinos Ambiz is the craziest of his selection. A Grenache that is vinified using the carbonic maceration method, resulting in a complex and funky red wine. We know Fabio by now, he likes to challenge us and surprise us with his wines. This one is a bomb! Slightly fizzy at the beginning, it has some volatile acidity, flavours of blackberry, strawberry and balsamic. We love the wine and the funk that comes with it!
