Big used oak barrels

This Pet Nat from Vinos Ambiz stems from the Spanish Albillo grape variety, hence the name Alba. It has just the right amount of fizziness and a lovely oxidative note. The nuttiness in there is very pleasant, it reminds you of walnuts. Peach and apricot aromas, a bit of caramel and some creaminess. It’s definitely complex and crazy but extremely delicious!

Tipp: Tilt the bottle very carefully to spread the natural yeast before you open the wine. Open outdoors.
