Marie Rose by Baptiste Cousin is made of Grolleau Gris, one of those pink-skinned grapes that if slightly macerated produces a dark rosé wine.
Marie Rose is complex and smoky, it has notes of cherry, rosemary, blood orange and some light spices like cloves and black pepper. Super Yummy.

In the charming Loire Valley, Baptiste Cousin, together with his wife Gael, continues to carry on the long family’s tradition of producing natural and unique wines. Baptiste grew up in the vineyards and he learnt everything there is to know about viticulture from his father, the renowned vigneron Olivier. Animals help around the winery, whether there is a horse ploughing or sheep eating weed, there is always life in the vineyards.
