Acacia barrels, fermented in open vats

Mira’s Riesling grow on sand soil, the grapes macerated in open vats and spent time in acacia barrels. The result is a light and citrusy wine with notes of yellow grapefruit, apricot, lime and mint. Expect a nice acidity!
