Moje by Milan Nestarec is an elegant yet electric Riesling Pet Nat. The juice spent time on the lees gifting this fizzy delight a great complexity. In taste it can recall a classy Champagne with the bread-y notes and the stony minerality. There is lovely apricot aroma and a hint of smokiness too.
