For Austria and Germany the delivery fee is 9,90€, there is free delivery for orders over 99€.

Our shipping process includes the use of specialised wine boxes in various sizes that accommodate 3, 6, 12, and 18 bottles. We offer competitive pricing for deliveries, with the following options:

  • If you’re ordering between 1 and 11 bottles, our regular shipping fee applies.
  • For orders of 12 to 18 bottles, we got you covered! We offer free delivery in most countries, or a very small fee in others.
  • If you’re ordering 19 to 23 bottles, we’ll need to use two packages, which means there will be a small fee.
  • But if you’re ordering more than 24 bottles, we’ve got you covered again! You’ll get free delivery or a very small fee.

The orders are prepared within 1 -2 working days.

Orders in Austria and Germany will take from 1 to 4 working days.

Once the package is shipped you will receive an automatic email from our logistic partner 'WeShip' with the link to your tracking. Please check also your spam folder, sometimes those emails end up in Spams.

Issues, Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem and your parcel needs to be returned get in touch with us. After assessing the issue we will provide for a return label. Once the package reaches our warehouse we will proceed for a possible refund. (note that the content must be in the same conditions you received it).

Contact us with your issue. Once the request for a refund has been accepted you will get refunded using the same payment method. We do refund packages that get lost but before we proceed with the refund we need to get a confirmation from the delivery company, this might take sometimes up to a month.

If your package seems stuck in a parcel centre and is not moving for at least 5 working days, than contact us immediately. We will contact the delivery company and solve the issue.

If you receive a damaged package and you notice that there is a broken bottle or something is missing, inform us immediately. Make pictures for proof and send them to us. We will proceed with either a refund or a replacement.
