The Winzersekt Brut from Wimmer Czerny is an elegant sparkling wine. Grape juice is added to trigger the second fermentation, no added sugar, nor yeast or sulphites. It has a lovely fine perlage and the color is simply gorgeous. Strawberry, lime and a very pleasant minerality that leaves a tiny salty aftertaste.
