All grape varieties fermented separately for 2 weeks on the skins with stems in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral acacia and oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation. After one year barrel aging, it was blended into tanks.
This wonderful orange wine from Naboso is rich and complex. Doma has yummy aromas of apple, pear and almond. A slight salty and yogurt-y touch. Mild in tannins and acidity is a perfectly balanced wine to pair to a delicious dinner.
