Three different vintages (2021, 2022 and 2023) goes into this white wine which is made from mainly Grüner Veltliner and a bit of Welschriesling and Neuburger. The result is a fruity wine with salty and creamy notes, some apricot, white pepper, Tonka bean and yellow apple. Super fun and delicious.
