Intergalactic 2023

Some grapes were fermented in amphoras, some in barriques. 1 week skin maceration. Matured on the lees. No sulfites added.

Intergalactic from Rennersistas is a cuvée of 5 different local grape varieties. Some of the grapes macerated for 12 hours others for up to 8 days resulting in a brighter orange wine. The delicious wine is fruity and balanced with tasty notes of pear, ripe pineapple, hay and yellow apple. Light smoky and a bit herbal too.
