Georg Schmelzer‘s white Pet Nat, the Dion, is a cuvée of Welschriesling (80%) and Sämling. Bottle fermented and no sulphites added, it has a fresh and elegant style, a hint of smokiness and herba lnotes. Green apple, mint and grapefruit. The Pannonian microclimate of Burgenland and the sandy soil contributes to its fine, pleasant acidity.
