Bianco d’Alessano is a local grape variety that was almost extinct in Apulia region but thankfully Petracavallo managed to recover the vines. The plants produce small amounts of grapes, therefore a limited amount of bottles is available every year. This delicious orange wine has great tannins, some aromatic and tropical notes and some herbs. Hazelnut, mango and apple!
