Dopamin is yet another fantastic Milan Nestarec‘s wine. A wine that was born without initial plans. By mixing white wines that didn’t fit in respective barrels, like a sort of Solera System, Milan accidentally produced something really outstanding. This vintage is a white wine rather than orange, it is mineral, salty and balanced. It has aromas of pear and banana in the nose, green apple, lemon and lime on the palate!
