Graue Freyheit by Heinrich comes in a beautiful white ceramic bottle, this reminds us that the wine spent time in Amphoras. The complexity and minerality is outstanding. A bit of funk (reductive) in the nose but in the palate is a pure grapefruit juice with lime, mint and salty notes.
