Aline au Pays des Merveilles which translates to Aline in Wonderland (Aline being the producer’s name), is truly a potion to happiness. Made from Muscat grapes it has a fun and summery style. Lots of fruity aromas of melon and apple, a touch of hay. A hint of wild in the nose upon opening which disappears within seconds like magic!

From desk life to vineyard!

The Domaine de Mathouans is a small winery in the South of France, in the heart of the Roussillon region. Aline Hock, the winemaker behind it, took over the terroir with some 100-year-old vines and turned the 12-hectare land fully bio-dynamic. Crazy floral notes characterise her quite distinctive wines made from indigenous grape varieties.
