Maceration for 6 days in whole clusters followed by 12 months of ageing in century-old casks.

The Fox Gewürztraminer is aromatic and floral! Aromas of peach, apricot and orangezest plus some herbal notes in the nose. Wonderful complexity and an astonishing colour! The wine is made naturally without sulfites and we recommend to enjoy it within two days.
