Each grape variety ferments individually. Both the varieties are blended together and stay sur-lie with their own fine-lees for at least 3 months.

The Stalisma White from the Kamara Estate is made from mainly Malagousia with a bit of Xinomavro (blanc de noir). This delicious white wine has a beautiful yellow hazy color, in style is balanced and fruity. Notes of pear, yellow apple, thyme and yellow plum.
