Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Second fermentation on the skins of the following harvest.


Aged 18 months in concrete and inox tanks.

The Donesco is a new release from Pacina. Made in substitution of ‘Il Secondo di Pacina’, it’s the craziest red of their selection with meaty, nutty, peppery notes. Blackberry, walnut, plum, cinnamon, dry honey, a bit of salami and nice tannins make this earthy, powerful wine a real special one.
