The bubbles are produced after one year ageing on fine lees, with the addition of fresh grape juice.

Aged on lees for a minimum of 24 months.
Entourloupe is a Blanc de Blancs made from local grape varieties. The Crémant is elegant and fruity, it has a lovely light oxidative note which elevates it to the next level. Hazelnut and yellow apple can be detected and an overall complexity. They are definitely the masters in Crèmant production!
