Maceration on the skins for ten days in concrete tank. Malolactic fermentation done in concrete tank. Aged in oak, acacia and cherry barrels for about a year.

La Cerretina from Pacina is a dark, aromatic orange wine. It would remind you of the ancient Georgian wines with its earthy notes and complexity. Honey, walnuts and herbal aromas describe this special crazy macerated wine. It gets nuttier day by day so we recommend to drink it in one day.
