The new creation by Domaine Muller Koeberle is the Pet Nat 327. It is a blend of 50 resistant grape varieties around the world. A sort of experiment which turned out amazing. The sparkling rosé is very aromatic, it has an intense strawberry scent in the nose. On the palate it has a playfull mix of fruity aromas like quince, pear and a bit of banana. The long lasting aftertaste is filled with delicious wild strawberries!
