10 months in 225 litres barrels of Allier oak. Two months aging in bottle before the release.

The Canaiolo by Pacina is a wonderful, powerful red wine. It has herbal notes as well as blackberry, salami and forest floor. Expect nice earthy tuscan tannins.

We recommend to drink this red wine along with food and to consume it within a day. The next day it starts to get a little nutty. Share it with friends and family at the dinner table!
