Champagne method – but not really, disgorged, used barrique. No sulfites added.

The SEKT PUR Blanc de Noir from Matthias Hager is a sparkling natural wine prepared with the Champagne method. Don’t be fooled by the grape variety, although it’s a Zweigelt, you’ll get a white juice! Lovely aromas of apples and melon in the nose. Super refreshing, bready, elegant treat in the palate!
