Meet "The Cock," a lively duo of Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Grüner brings the pepper, while Riesling delivers a punch of crisp, mouthwatering acidity. Leaving the vines unpruned produces tiny, concentrated grapes that—alongside extended skin contact—give this wine its delightfully rustic feel and textured tannins. On the palate, clementine, lemon, and lime mingle with fragrant notes of vermouth and rosemary.
