Rituál 2022

The 80% destemmed grapes and around 20% grapes with stems fermented 3 weeks on the skins in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation. Blended after one year barrel aging.

Rituál is an elegant Blaufränkisch it has great complexity, notes of cherry and cranberry and a mild oakiness. This wine can be enjoyed by everyone, nothing funky in there - just pure, good wine!
