Spolu 2022

Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner & Riesling.

Semi-carbonic (50% of Blaufränkisch) fermentation in direct pressed juice of Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch. The wine fermented in 500 to 750l vats for two weeks and went through malolactic fermentation. After pressing, the wine aged in neutral oak barrels on fine lees for 12 months

A mix of white and red grapes, Spolu is basically a cherry juice, super fun and light bodied. A light fizz on the tip of the tongue, notes of raspberry and pomegranate. Gentle acidity and very low tannins, perfect to drink slightly chilled!
