Ageing 14 months in 500l wooden barrels without sulphur / natural malolactic fermentation.

This wonderful Furmint grows on a rich mineral soil blessing the grapes with great stony minerality. The wine is super elegant and complex. Aromas of lime, green apple and apricot and gorgeous salinity.
