Petracavallo Bye Bye Bye! is an orange wine made from an almost extinct local grape variety: Fiano Minutolo. It has great complexity, herbal and earthy notes. Aromas of apple, orange zest and herbs of all kind. Expect a light fizz at first and a bunch of tannins!
