90% Zierfandler & 10% Welschriesling.

The Goat is made with Zierfandler, an ancient local grape variety which can be only found in Thermenregion.
The long skin maceration allows the wine to express everything this grape variety has to offer: it's rustic, fruity and aromatic. It has some earthy tannins and aromas of orange, peach, and mango. It has a slight oaky-touch and a flavour that can remind you of Rum.
