80% Rotgipfler & 20% Sauvignon Blanc.

The Sheep is made with 80% Rotgipfler, a special ancient grape variety that can be found only in Thermenregion. The wine is rustic and fruity. Tropical notes especially mango, some peach, vanilla and blacktea leaves. Expect some lovely tannins.
