The Felsen I from Christian Tschida is a great red wine. This elegant Blaufränkisch presents a light fizziness at the beginning, just decant it if you don’t like this aspect. Although it’s a 2023 taste like an aged red, it reminded us of an old school Bordeaux-style wine. White pepper, cherry and stony minerality.
