Joiseph Furmint is a white wine based on minerality and acidity. It has zesty notes of lime and grapefruit, some yellow apple and pear and a long salty finish. Upon opening the bottle you’ll notice a light wild scent in the nose (a feature typical of many natural wines), it’ll disappears after a couple of minutes.
