Furmint Bambule 2023

The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 5 days in an open fermentation vat, then pressed. The wine is aged for approx. 13 months in used 500l barrels on the lees. Bottled without filtration or addition of SO2.

The Furmint Bambule is an elegant white wine. It has complex aromas cacao butter, mirabelle plum and lime. Lovely salinity and minerality.
If you close your eyes you might believe you are drinking a Margarita!
