Labyrinth II is part of the Naboso's new line, the ' single varietal' line. Limited quantities, no skin contact, just pure expression of the grape variety and its terroir. In this case 100% Grüner Veltliner, aged 1 year in oak and acacia barrels. The wine is complex and mineral, it has salty and citrusy notes. Greenapple and lime as well as a hint of oak.
