This Sauvignon Blanc from Maria & Sepp Muster is a light and fresh white wine. The special Opok soil provides the wine with beautiful minerality and good acidity. The wine is citrusy and herbal. Notes of elderflower and lemon and a light bell pepper finish. Some natural craziness in there: wild in the nose, tannins on the palate.

Soil Soil Soil!

Blessed with an amazing location and rich soil, Maria and Sepp Muster are proud to produce freshcomplex, aromatic, mineral, wines in Styria. For generations neither herbicides nor pesticides were used in the vineyards but they went an extra mile and decided to go biodynamic. Understanding the vines and letting nature do its course require patience and gentleness to make great natural wine.
